Canonica Tree Service delivers premium firewood right to your door. We've been serving the North Shore, MA area, and southern New Hampshire since 2006.
With over 20 years of experience, we process all of our hardwood firewood on-site and air-dry it in small, carefully managed piles for consistent quality. Every load is tumbled before delivery to ensure clean, ready-to-burn wood.
The best time to order seasoned firewood is July and August, with delivery typically within 1–2 weeks. Seasoned wood is all cut at 16", while green wood is also available and can be custom-cut up to 22" in length.
At Canonica Tree Service, we’re committed to providing excellent firewood, with our owner overseeing each order to ensure it meets our high standards. For your convenience, you do not need to be home for firewood delivery.

When should I buy seasoned firewood?
The ideal time to buy seasoned firewood is between July and September. This lets you stock up before winter demand peaks and ensures you have properly dried wood ready for cold weather.
What's the best way to store firewood?
Store firewood off the ground on a raised platform or pallet. Cover the top to protect from rain and snow, but leave sides open for air flow. Stack wood to allow good air circulation, preventing mold and continuing the drying process.
How do green and seasoned firewood differ?
Green firewood is freshly cut with high moisture content. Seasoned firewood has dried for 6-12 months. Seasoned wood burns better, creates less smoke, and produces more heat than green wood.
